I can not recommend Sian highly enough!!
From the first phone call, she was warm, friendly and accommodating.
Sian conducted my Dad’s service and it was perfect, she really made the whole process a breeze, she made sure it was exactly what we as a family wanted, she became a comfort to speak to and at a time where that was really needed, nothing was to much bother, her kindness empathy and support where priceless!
A lot of our friends and family commented on how lovely the service was and how much it truly represented Archie!

​From our first meeting, Sian put my sister and I at ease. Not only did she take the time to find out who our mum was, and what she was like, she done it all with empathy, respect and professionalism. She helped us put together a beautiful service and was happy to accommodate alterations to the eulogy. On the day, Sian spoke so fondly of our mum that you'd think she knew her personally. The end result was a service that allowed our family to celebrate the life or our mum and remember all the things she loved

Siân did a wonderful job conducting the funeral service for our mum. Siân goes to great efforts to talk to the family and understand what they might be looking for from the service, whilst providing gentle guidance along the way. A funeral is of course a deeply sad moment, but it doesn't need to be an unhappy one.
Siân helped us celebrate mum's life in a way that made us all laugh and cry in equal measure. She is very much a people person and brings a lightness of touch to the process of telling the story of the loved one who has passed.
We thank Siân for her compassion and for giving our mum such a dignified and beautiful send off."

​Siân conducted the funeral for my sister on May 28th. I found Siân very approachable and easy to speak to. It very quickly became apparent that Siân has a passion for her work. She shares her belief that everyone deserves a Funeral/Celebration of Life that is deeply meaningful for them and truly reflects the individual who has died which is so important but can be difficult without gentle guidance to achieve. This is a deeply distressing time and I have to say that Siân made it as easy as possible. She had thoughts and suggestions and many words of encouragement. Despite the distance these arrangements were being made from, Siân ensured that the communication was excellent throughout. She not only liaised with myself, but also funeral directors, crematorium and musician to ensure a smooth process. I was delighted with her thoughtfulness and genuine care throughout this difficult period and process. Siân took interest in all aspects of the Celebration of Life we had and delivered it with enthusiasm and passion which was complimented by all who attended. I can’t thank Siân enough for helping give my sister the send-off she deserved.

​"Sian was exceptional in her care over my Mother’s funeral. Her attention to our conversation about Mum amazed me. She missed nothing we talked about. She researched so much background about literature, art and music that Mum so loved and produced a Celebration of my Mums life which was perfect. It brought such comfort on a day that was so sad. It made saying goodbye a good memory. Siân’s little additions of poetry and sayings so in keeping with my Mum I almost felt she knew her. Words are not enough to thank Sian for stepping in at the last moment to lead a double funeral of our loved ones. She did this with enormous sympathy, great input, a little light humour and a huge dose of love. She is one of the most warm kind caring women we have ever met, and having done so, under very difficult circumstances, I am blessed with a new lifelong friend. Hi to all all the people out there who have never thought of a funeral being done by a celebrate I know your going aww not another post about death but it is a fact of life we all need someone to see our loved ones safely out or even make our own arrangements. Well can I just ask you to give Sian a thought as she conducted my darling husband's departure and I know that at this time there is no nice happy way to do this but it doesn't have to be doom and gloom and it's a celebration of the persons life but for myself and my family we found the service to be a comfort and even funny in part but above all it was what my darling husband's wishes were not to be mournful and miserable and Sian got it right, so before you think a celebrate service is all a load of nonsense just take a look but please just speak to this wonderful lady what do you have to lose I found her a comfort.

Hi Siân, I have had so many lovely comments and messages to say how everyone thought you conducted everything so well today. The day turned out so well and it was everything we hoped for. You helped to set the tone for us and made it a memorable day to celebrate Dads life. At a couple of stages this afternoon there was a lot of chatter going on and I think people were enjoying themselves even though it was a funeral so I was pleased about that.I have nothing but praise for yourself, Dunfermline Crematorium and Crosbie Matthew. We feel so fortunate that things went so well on the day but after we got the speeches written we did feel a sense of calmness because we knew everyone else was so efficient and were looking after us.

Sian recently carried out a beautiful service at our memorial park. She had travelled quite a distance but made sure in the build up to the ceremony that she had planned the service thoroughly. She was a pleasure to communicate with and I hope to have the pleasure of working with her in the future.

Sian conducted the most incredible service for my beloved mother. There were 100 people there and every single guest I spoke to, without exception, commented on how perfectly Sian had captured mum's spirit, many of them asking how long they had known each other (they had never met!) Sian made the preparation of the funeral relaxed, easy and even enjoyable, bringing her naturally positive manner into the entire process. The balance of sincerity, respectfulness and humour was absolutely perfect and the whole day felt much more like a celebration of life than a mourning of loss. I had so many guests say that it was the most beautiful and uplifting service they had ever witnessed. Sian made what could have been a heartbreaking ordeal into a genuinely joyful event, and our family will always be so incredibly grateful. I simply cannot recommend Sian's services highly enough.
